Room

We, Sigmund and Rob, (Speaking German/English and Spanish) have the WG newly founded us now looking for roommates for the third and fourth room. Although it is not very big but the kitchen offers additional space. The rooms are 16ca square meters large, bright and friendly with a small window.
It costs € 275 excl. Heating, Electric and telephone, Internet. Heating and Electric cost may vary depending on the amounts used and each will split the costs but is estimated above.

Location

Die Wohnung befindet sich im vorderen Teil von Grombühl und ist ca 3 min von der Straba Haltestelle Wagenerplatz entfernt.
Kupsch, Norma, Bäcker, Apotheke, „Späti“ und und und sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Mit der Straba ist man schnell am Bahnhof und von da aus mit dem Bus oder der Straba auch schnell an jedem anderen Ort in Würzburg.

For Wg life can not tell you much, you have to have to find out! But We have known and lived together long enough to know that we like to chill, have some beers, go out to the bars, cook together and meet new people. Sigmund comes from Mexico studying political & social sciences, Rob comes from Chicago, works in media management and soon to be studying media management.

Miscellaneous

We may have to split the cost of a used wash machine together, and bring extra pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses etc.
